This service includes an hourly rate ranging from $85 to $155, depending on the positions the recruiter will support. There is a minimum requirement of 5 hours.


Direct Hire

This option is best suited for companies looking for stability and for roles where long-term employee retention is crucial. Unlike contract and contract to hire placements, this involves recruiting for talent that will be employed full-time by your company.

Placement Fee - Our placement fee varies by position but does not exceed 30% of the first-year annual salary. We offer a 90-calendar day free replacement guarantee on all placements.
