How long is the agreement with Proximity Partners?

Our contracts for contract and contract-to-hire are 1160 hours.

What happens if we do not hire a candidate?

For contract and contract-to-hire options, payment is due only when the individual starts working with your company. For the direct hire option, a down payment is required to initiate the recruitment process. If a candidate is not hired, the amount will be credited towards your next hire.

How do I cancel?

There is a 30-day notice required to cancel the agreement for contract and contract to hire unless your contractor reaches 1160 hours and then you can cancel at any time.

How long does it take to fill a position?

The timeline to fill a position depends on the complexity of the position. On average, it takes 2-4 weeks to fill a position, though this can vary depending on the level of the role. We have successfully filled positions in as little as 24 hours; however, for a high-level position, it can take up to 4 months. We have high-touch communication throughout the entire recruitment process. 

What do we use to recruit talent?

We leverage an internal candidate CRM tool with thousands of profiles of prescreened candidates and we utilize top job boards. As a recruiting agency, we also benefit from special privileges that enhance our sourcing capabilities with LinkedIn + Indeed.
