As Co-CEO and CTO of Ethico, Gio lives his passion for seeing people thrive in the workplace - both by leading the cultural progression of the Ethico team and by partnering with software users to drive more justice in workplaces around the world. A first generation Cuban-American, Gio grew up in family business and pursued a lifelong dream to lead a business through an education in Finance, Investment Banking/Mergers & Acquisition, and Private Equity before raising his own investment fund to search for, purchase, and eventually lead Ethico. He says that through his 25 year career he's experienced plenty of detours, and learned to both view them differently AND work to the other side of them!
